      -Leadership promotes career development -The firm has a “community” feel to it. -Interesting client base and project pipeline. -Leadership actively invests in new tech. -Hybrid office

      Cons

      -Due to low salary increases over past years Fiducient lags vs other RIAs in salary and bonus compensation. -The very low raises have caused high turnover in 2023/2024, creating inexperience in supporting positions.
