      Pros

      Great work environment, good colleagues, always getting new clients with challenging projects.

      Cons

      Fast passed environment can be challenging for some. They don't micro manage employees, which creates difficultly to those who need more structure.

      Pros

      Very, very nice people in an actual collaborative environment. Partners are accessible, have reasonable expectations, and strongly consider your career progression. Ideal company to work for while having young children.

      Cons

      You could potentially earn somewhat higher compensation in investment banking or asset management, but you would almost certainly have to give up the excellent work/life balance in order to do so.

      Pros

      - flexibility (work from home, managers are understanding for occasional appointments, etc) - time off is on the higher end

      Cons

      - Especially since the recent merger, there is a lack of vision OR management is doing a poor job in communicating it to the masses - multiple systems/processes have gone backwards which has created a lot of redundant work for all - seemingly random pay increases (very high then very low) are outpaced overall by similar jobs - no accountability for departments that consistently underperform or fail to meet deadlines which puts strain on others
