      Pros

      Some of the best people I've worked with. Smart and dedicated professionals who were also just genuinely wonderful to be around. Everyone took pride in their work and were professionals who took accountability for the work they produced. Unlike many workplaces, I never encountered office drama, work-related or otherwise. Everyone was respectful and highly professional, but you were also able to form friendships beyond the workplace.

      Cons

      Sometimes things felt stale and you didn't feel like you were in a particularly innovative or exciting space. But that's just the nature of the work.
