1. To many leaders / managers, less people who are actually doing the work 2. Complicated organizational structure 3. Despite top leadership promoting work life balance, reality is there's just to much work load that makes it almost impossible to achieve the balance 3. "Tools" provided that are supposed to help the employee end up being a burden because of the frequent need to troubleshoot and amount of time to do it
