      Good per diem, good pay WHEN you work.

      Cons

      Much down time. Sometimes weeks or even months. No one will respond to texts, calls or emails. You're left in the dark a lot of the time.

      not much of pro anymore.

      Cons

      full subsidiary of GE Power and as the head company is not doing well, FC is getting squeezed big time. Directors are more interested in protecting their jobs and keep initiating ideas and programmes..... but no consultations.
