Independent from GE, but able to tap into services Flexibility to travel or not Management responsive when issues are raised Trying to build family type atmosphere FE conferences

Cons

Because many of the processes are in startup, process and system gaps present Global business so need to balance work/life Time tool goes down frequently

Reasonably good benefits and pay for the standard of work. 37000 salary but with regular bonuses and generous per-diem plus travel pay and hire car.

Cons

Working away from home usually on 6 days on 1 day off shifts means opportunities to get home are limited.
