Pros
Develop great relationships with others in the company. Parking garage.
Cons
Management is set in their ways and not open to new ideas, despite the communication that they are. Company is too focused on getting all the phrases and terminology correct on projects versus executing projects with quality over speed. When proposing recommendations or ideas around the project, analysis, etc. it's not taking seriously unless someone in management takes the idea and runs with it (acquiring ownership).
