Great opportunities, not much follow up.

Pros

They provide great opportunities to people within the company. They WILL notice if you work your tail off and will give you positive feedback.

Cons

Some good workers get forgotten because their direct supervisor isn't getting much attention. Upper management, VPs, and executives do all of the promoting so if your direct supervisor doesn't keep much contact with upper management, its likely you won't be noticed no matter how good of a job you're doing.

the benefits are great and you meet good people to hang out with outside of work

Cons

they fire the hard workers that bust their butts everyday and keep the lazy ones that barely come in. they are not equal at all. sanitation is lazy and doesnt clean the drains and it smells terrible and seems like USDA could careless.

The pay is great. The company benefits are good. I liked the fieldale doctor veing able to see you and pay could be docked from check the following week

Cons

They work you regardless weather conditions health conditions... To them youre replacable no matter what
