A lot of opportunities if you have good training and experience before from somewhere else first

A lot of opportunities to work on high-impact works.

Cons

Lack of structure and hidden agenda that you are supposed to just know it or spend (not just a little) extra effort to find out. (Though this means less micromanagement so it could be a plus to some experienced folks.)
