- There is no work life balance, initiatives are not always well planned to consider resources and implementation process required - Priorities are constantly changing with no consideration to current workload - Difficult to retain reliable and resourceful employees in the long term - Not much support from supervisor who is often under pressure to deliver - Stressful environment

Cons

- Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness is greatly encouraged - Independence to carry out your tasks and responsibilities - Great learning opportunities (especially if you are resourceful) - Employee benefits and salary is comparable to industry standards

Very unstable management and went from promoting flexibility at work when I was hired to suddenly becoming rigid with its hybrid work model.
