We are happy to hear that you enjoyed Fiera Capital's culture and work environment. As a growing company, we acknowledge that things can be fast paced. While we are a performance-driven firm, we care deeply about our employees’ well-being, and we take concrete action in support of this.
One example is our Voice of Fiera engagement survey, which is designed to help us understand how we can best support our employees’ well-being and workload. Input collected from employees in 2022 helped us design the roadmap for the new initiatives we will be implementing in 2023.
