I love working at Fiera Capital as I can bring my whole self to work while feeling heard, understood, and appreciated for the work that I do and the ideas that I bring forth.

Cons

There are lots of initiatives and structures to put in place internally so this could be a downside of working at Fiera Capital. However, it's the perfect environment for me as I have an entrepreneurial spirit and love being part of the creation process, and have an impact in that way!

Loads of extremely smart people to learn from Most are very easy to work with A lot of reorganization in positive way - expands the breadth of experience

Cons

Not much Cons maybe infrastructure is a bit poor around data but a lot of stuff being built in house Too much focus on DE&I - waste of time and money
