Pros

The Customers makes it worth while. They keep me coming back. They are what makes Fiesta. They treat you like family. You begin to know them on a more personal level. It's all about customer service.

Cons

There isn't alot of benefits for employees. There isn't alot of room for progress, they are tight with raises and promotions. Really tight with giving hours and overtime.

Pros

Give birthday pay, several holiday pays, and a nice holiday bonus. Get paid every Thursday.

Cons

They have a new program "Red Prairie" that makes the schedule. Very unfair because it only accomodates certain peoples availability. They have a ridiculous in store coupon program. There is alot of favoritism and looks do matter there. You will get hit on by one of the " managers " Their human resource is not good at all.

Pros

Some Job positions , pay better than others. In some positions you can set your own schedule. It is still a semi small company to work for. If you impress certain people at the coporate office , you usually can get by with doing anything you want.

Cons

Communication with coporate. ( Buddy system ) It's who you know , are related to , or married to , that will make it a better possibility for moving up the company ladder. Some in the Coporate Office act like they are scared you will take their job ,if you know to much, or quiestion them. The insurance at Fiesta is not very good if you have a major health promblem. You have a $1,000 deductable? and you pay 20% of the total hospital or Doctor bill , and 20% of your meds after you meet your deductable , Family deductable ? OUCH.
