Pros

Work life balance is great, respectful, amazing benefits. It’s a great company overall.

Cons

Fifth Third is a great company to work with culture wise. Depending on the team and department there could be some cons like any other team/management. Also, pay raises could be better. To really get a significant raise other than promotion you’ll have to leave and comeback.
