Pros

great support system and willing to help anyone in need. A lot of meetings and classes to make sure you were taught every aspect of your position. Had the best of products during that time but seemed the systems and operations of the company were behind others in the business

Cons

once you moved up high enough in the company there was no where else to go. A lot of tenured people remained in positions for awhile. Also, felt sometimes they wanted it to be a sales job rather than providing a better service to the customers. We were handling their money.Had the best of products during that time but seemed the systems and operations of the company were behind others in the business
