Pros

Can have a positive impact on people financially. It's very rewarding to help individuals develop a financial strategy to increase wealth. Banking holidays are a blessing, and limited weekend hours make it easier for families.

Cons

There seems to be no concrete structure to the new hire training programs. Unrealistic expectations from upper management in regards to sales, services, and what's best for employees.

Pros

Great insurance, and it is easy to move up in the company as long are you show interest in the company

Cons

Upper management is always pushing for more and more production. Every product is worth a point value. Each year the points go down and our goals go up

Pros

Industry perks like paid holidays, vacation, and Sundays off. Can purchase up to 1 extra week of vacation. Base pay is well.

Cons

Commission and sales quotas horrible. Management horrible. Turn over horrible. No accountability for leadership.
