Pros

Good benefits, although probably not for much longer Good coworkers generally

Cons

Very demanding jobs with high risk Very little opportunity for advancement Managers are almost always external hires and seems to be a revolving door For some reason bad employees just hung around End of year review- impossible to get a 5/5, even if deserved

Pros

Great company to gain work experience and exposure to industry as a whole.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth with little/no employee development. Compensation tends to trend well below median range for most positions. There are opportunities to supplement with incentives but these can be hard to achieve consistently without compromising yourself.
