Pros

-Tuition Reimbursement, extremely helpful for those working right out of college. -Benefits, this seems to be important to most people. -Helpful Coworkers, always willing to help with common tasks. -Travel Reimbursement, lots of travel in first few months and a quick time frame for reimbursement.

Cons

-Pay, they will try to give you a far lower salary that what is considered "competitive"
