Pros

They really care about development and fifth third bank I have always had a great experience and enjoy working for such a great employer. I would recommend this employer to any of my friends or family.

Cons

As any workplace there are cons. I do not like that you have to wait so long to post out to other positions and some time there may not be as much training as there we should bd.

Pros

I've been with fifth third for five years and I've always liked my coworkers and they are great with their customers but the region is better in orlando

Cons

Terrible raises and pushy with sales I wish they would try to retain their loyal employees who are great and know their products instead of offering more money to new employees who don't know as much

Pros

flexible hours, chance for incentives, good benefits, great working environment,

Cons

as a lead you're in charge of pretty much all the operational aspects of your branch. It's an assistant branch manager position with less pay
