Pros

Great starting place to see if you want a career in finance. Fast paced culture with ever changing variables.

Cons

Upper management is so far removed from the customer level which makes for a difficult culture. The amount of tracking and reports that are required for a branch level job takes a team itself to do but the responsibility is all yours. Overtime is almost a necessity but to keep costs low, management tells you to take longer lunches or come in/leave early.
