Pros

Good people with great intentions make this place an enjoyable place to work. The retail bank locally supports brokerage more then many other banks

Cons

Antiquated systems, low sales support to broker ratio. Very little funding from the home office makes for a feeling that only the bare minimum expenditures will happen which hurts production as well as customer service
