Terrible benefits, time off getting reduced, health care doesn't cover much, standard 401k match and terrible pay with insensitive dense communication to employees. Was told I would be getting an inflation rase and it was $0.30/hour as if that really helped and even better the price of our health benefits are going up and outpacing our "raises." The Carolina market does not promote from within and they have a serious problem with upper level management.
