Pros

This bank has a big focus on customer experience and teamwork. The benefits are also very good.

Cons

Lately Fifth third started to cut down a lot on costs and cutting staff hours. Even though the branches are becoming slower, it is becoming more difficult to keep up with all responsibilities while keeping customer service in focus.

Pros

-The employee's at the branch were awesome everyone worked like a team -Very supportive manager (at branch) -Pay wasn't too bad

Cons

-Upper management (no support only demands) -Products & Services (The 1800 number for "customer support" is a joke) -If there is difference or audit error back office or RAM won't help it is up to you! -VERY HIGH TURN OVER!!
