Pros

Good support system. Employees are encouraged to step out and given opportunities to succeed.

Cons

Slowly becoming like the big banks (Chase, BOA, etc.) Losing small bank feel where customers come first rather than sales at all cost.

A Bank: Better Than Most

Pros

Because they were a young and hungry bank in a developing Ohio market they were independent and resourceful.

Cons

As they became more established and started making personnel decisions with maintenance and control in mind they lost site of their more flexible past and people.
