Pros

Lots of room for advancement, IF you want to be in finance. Benefits for part time employees.

Cons

A lot of headache and hassle if you don't. Constantly changing federal regulations and bank procedures that you have to memorize and abide by. Tellers aren't paid enough for responsibilities.

Terrible place to work

Pros

Pay is fair, benefits are good

Cons

Don't expect to advance based on talent and hardwork. Much better to concentrate on kissing up to your supervisors. Also, watch your back, H.R. is a joke and if someone is out to get you they will succeed.
