Pros

My direct leadership was always amazing. It’s a huge company so most of the frustration comes from decisions at the top. The amount of work they continued to pile on was ridiculous for the poor yearly merit increases. However for entry level they pay the call center agents well. Just after getting promoted you will rarely see pay increases. The job is really stimulating and I learned a ton of great skills and confidence. I’ve also met a ton of great people through working there.

Cons

Better pay for those who are internally promoted. You are required to learn so much and much of it is at an agent level. After years of working there the knowledge we have of the bank is invaluable (you’d think) to the company and the pay increases should reflect that. Did not feel valued by higher management at all.
