Pros

Good 401K matching, good insurance benefits, optional leave for live events, good community building within the bank, and continual career development.

Cons

The only downside to this position is that, if you don't have a manager that cares about getting you time to achieve the goals set by upper management, then you won't be able to move up any time soon. While growth is always pushed for, you have to have the right people around you or you'll never actually do it.
