Pros

In my affiliate at least, Fifth Third seems to genuinely care about their employees, and they've recently established several progression programs to help employees learn skills to continue advancing their career.

Cons

As with most companies these days, it seems they expect us to run completely understaffed on a daily basis.

Pros

Good salary compared to competitors, fun environment, ability to grow within the company.

Cons

Human resources is confused on how to run a business. Meetings are pointless you learn nothing and feel more intelligent than those who are in charge. Lack of direct concrete accountability measurements. Widgets one day and profit and loss the next.
