Pros

Hard working people, great flexibility in certain positions. Good environment, enjoyable work. Felt committed to the job and serving the customers.

Cons

Staff was lean, one person does work that should be divided by many. Industry changes constantly which can be unsettling.

Flexible hours, depending on your position you can have a really great manager, overall good work atmosphere, government holidays are nice.

Cons

They're changing up the health benefits for next year, there is not a large budget for employee engagement, they're not very quick to reimburse your expenses.
