Pros

Loved the job, customers, learned a lot, miss many of my old co workers.

Cons

Computer systems are outdated. Too much room for human error. Banks shouldnt have trouble with things like missing deposits these days. Direct managers were great, but communication between upper and lower management was not good.

Pros

Very aggressive sales and production expectations, you're forced into finding sales opportunities with every customer interaction.

Cons

Heavy micro managing style, giving little opportunity to work autonomously. Very stressful at times. Incentive compensation is pretty lousy, especially considering the emphasis placed on investment referrals/revenue.
