Pros

I have no pros to share about Fifth Third. It is a company that has gone downhill quickly in the last 4 years I worked there.

Cons

Management is conniving, backstabbing, and does not have their employees well being in mind. They keep people on the job who kiss up, and fire people who are honest and hardworking and don't play office politics.
