Pros

Work/ Life Balance. People I worked with directly were great.

Cons

Company boasts about doing great in current market, but then lays off numerous branch positions because they are not doing as great as they want. They don't think about the customer and are not interested in lower-income customers. Low pay.

Pros

- I loved all of the people that I worked with - You receive lots of support and coaching from supervisors - The pay is decent, and there are monthly bonuses for different metrics - The dress code is pretty casual, basically anything except t-shirts and hooded sweatshirts - The benefits are pretty great

Cons

- The sales goals are high, and they keep raising them - There is too much emphasis on sales. You have to meet the sales goal or you will get fired.
