Pros

Unlike the big banks and some regional banks, there is more autonomy and investment options to provide clients. The management was knowledgeable and supportive of the financial advisor.

Cons

As with all banks, there is an expectation that an advisor will recommend their clients to add-on other bank products and services. The push can turn off clients but 5/3 is not as guilty of this as other banks that measure this activity daily.

Pros

Great co workers; including middle management

Cons

An assembly line mentality. More focus on quantity production than quality. Lack of diversity.

Pros

Nice place to work and immediate supervisors are terrific. It does provide a nice balance between work and time for family.

Cons

Managers aren't allowed to make decisions, and the shareholders are more important than clients and employees. Need to give more control to managers as it is very hard to get questions answered as most managers aren't allowed to make the simplest of decisions.
