Pros

Great benefits, they have made strides in work/life balance

Cons

No career path, do not promote from within, toxic culture of gossip, general lack of professionalism at all levels and in all divisions. While upper management tries to "sell" employees on an inspiring vision, their daily actions (or more often, inaction) shows stunning hypocracy and a committment to resisting change at all costs. The lack of accountability at every level of the organization makes it a frustrating, soul-killing place to work.
