Pros

Pretty good pay and benefits; I have had four different managers and none of them were clock watchers; Schedule is flexible as long as you get your work done; talented individuals are rewarded and given plenty of development opportunities; plenty of opportunities to work in different areas of the bank and in different affiliates from Michigan to Florida.

Cons

Open positions are sometimes filled politically rather than being based on merit and experience.

Not an outstanding company

Pros

Great pay for corporate work. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Company treats its customers horribly with outdated and unfair policies. The company also constantly shoots itself in the foot with terrible decisions and system mistakes making it harder on the employees who have to deal with the fallout of any mistakes involving customers. The training was also very poor and mostly "trial by fire." I would not recommend this company, especially any position with the corporate call centers.
