Pros

Good pay by the hour, doable job. Close to my house.

Cons

Lack of managers training in the human relation part. You get yield at for any little mistake doesn't matter if is your fault. Sales requirements are ok but the manager expect you to get their sales for the month even thou you only work 20 hours. Compared to my other job at other bank you get more pay but you have to do more work. Managers expect you to do opening and closing procedures with out paying you. The computer system is out dated. The time clock steals money from the workers. You have to do opening procedures without being paid for it. You have to load systems and approve your time sheet when out of clock. The time clock steals minutes from employees it doesn't round to the next 15 minutes as we were told. Sales commission is low compared to competition. HR response to complaints in slow and you won't get a resolution. Worst HR ever.

Pros

Intelligent colleagues and many training opportunities

Cons

Internal departments are very disconnected, not cohesive. Technological initiatives are lethargic and difficult to get implemented. Upward mobility is limited in Commercial Division.
