Pros

I have the best management support team ever. I feel like I can call on them any time and they will come to my rescue with a good advice, a new approach or simply with a word of encouragement. 5/3 offers the best continuous training of any companies I've ever worked at.

Cons

Running w/minimal staffing and unrealistically high expectations. There are way too many hot buttons at one time, which causes one to work under perpetual stress.

Pros

Management has company going in right direction, most employees care about the work they do, lots of opportunity in Cincinnati. I would recommend.

Cons

Pressure to contribute to causes (united way, fine arts find, PAC). Sentiment among employees is these "charities" are benefiting EVP level pockets more than helping those in need.
