Pros

The projects and what we do for the community is great. I enjoy working on the new and growing technology.

Cons

No training to keep your skills updates. Management cannot agree on what needs completed so it takes too long to get things done within the company. We waste way to much money. Plus we don't scrub test data which is a security issue.

Pros

Awesome Benefits Package, Generally good in branch support from team members, Promotion from within is encouraged

Cons

PT employees get very little say unless promoted to FT, They are slow to address internal HR issues, very focused on the bottom line at the expense of real customer service.

Pros

Good benefits. Nice People. The bank is innovative and provides ample training to prepare employees.

Cons

Training mentioned above is removing individuality from the company. Company is also cutting costs in any way it can.
