Pros

Great hours Decent pay Not a large amount of clients (more of a personal feel to banking; not just account #'s)

Cons

Typical sales pressure, management says they want us to look out for the client's best interest but they tell us to try to "sell" everyone a credit card. If you don't "pitch" a product to every client then you are doing it incorrectly.

Pros

Work life balance, cost of living, Direct Management, Co-workers, opportunity to move around

Cons

Upper management does not convey the direction of the bank very well, education tools lacking, not enough human resources for managers to find time to do much teaching, company structure limits broad range of experience
