Pros

Part time employees are granted full benefits and profit sharing options. Very respected and inclusive environment.

Cons

Company scope is from Midwest to East Cost, so we tend to lose customers who move to the Western states.

some of the management is completely numbers driven - would be nice to hear more about how the bank is moving forward and making their community better
