Pros

Great Benefits and other perks for employees

Cons

All About Sales, hard to move forward past Financial Service Rep and Personal Banker, you get stuck in that position for years not many opportunities to grow after that.

Pros

This job is good for a college student, or someone who wants to move up in the company. You can easily get promotions if you show them you work hard.

Cons

The pay is kind of low, compared to other banks. My friend is a teller at another bank and he earned $10.00 an hour to start.
