Pros

Seems that there is a lot of opprtunity in this affilate, the opprtunity to be ahead of the ball is both exciting and motivating.

Cons

We need a clear defination of what is expected and to quantify what needs to be done in order to get to the next level. This needs to come from Sr. Management and be clearly defined. Becasue this is not clearly defined it promotes burn out and the "GLASS CEILING"

Pros

They offer occasional training and development programs. It is not as large as other banks so you may receive decent exposure.

Cons

Awful management. Unattainable sales goals. The core values are not followed my top management. Compensation programs are not very good.
