Pros

Nice friendly group of people to work with, exposure to senior management, approachable supervisors, accomodating for holiday schedules, very little or no politics, praise for good work

Cons

career path not clear, some people have been around too long and do not understand that other people require learning curve to be up to speed. hourly employees not too motivated (guess that could be a problem everywhere)

Pros

. Its a great place to work. Im gld there are closed Sundays unless Huntington bank in my aera. The perople are fun to work with.

Cons

The pay is not the best. It is competitive with other banks in the aera. To be honest tellers do not make much money anywhere.
