Pros

The best reason to work at Fifth Third Bank was to help people, people who really needed help. Whether it was to get a loan or balance their checkbook, it was a good feeling when we accomplished it.

Cons

Banks have changed over the years, always about bottom line and selling... sell, sell, sell... and it's never enough. A lot of pressure

Pros

Fifth Third Bank is a great place to launch a career. You are able to learn many facets of the banking industry, with an industry leader. Very professional organization and conservative values.

Cons

The compensation is low. For the work required and demanded of you, the pay is minimal in comparison to the industry averages.
