Pros

Good starting salary. Flexible with time off.

Cons

Company is shifting to a sale first customer care second mentality. Tellers could loose there job for not selling enough. They don't pay old employees the same as new employees for the same job.

Pros

It is one of the few Financial Services companies headquartered in Cincinnati. The benefits are slightly better than average.

Cons

Poor business model. Decisions that should be decentralized are centralized and authority that should be granted to middle managament is co-opted by upper management.
