Pros

Fifth Third has spent several years dramatically improving their culture. They are much more focused on customer experience and employee satisfaction than they had been historically.

Cons

Fifth Third tends to keep staffing levels very lean. However, they are willing to challenge their processes and implement efficiencies, which keeps overall work-life balance reasonable.

Pros

I was eventually let go from the call center at the height of the mortgage dissaster but all in all I was fairly content there. Laid back environment but rules and expectations are defanity STRONGLY enforced.

Cons

Some of the call expectations and format were a bit ridiculous I thought, long customer verification process because their phone systems lacked verification software. This was as of 2008.
