Good Place to work.

Pros

Usually a good place to work. Decent benefits and a lot of good people. Pay scale for supervision isn't bad.

Cons

Too much politics! People getting promoted because of their name instead of their abilities. Good workers left behind because of this.

Pros

There is a lot of potential for career advancement at Fifth Third if you want it. The hourly wage is very nice compared to many places.

Cons

There is not a ton of support from upper management, which is kind of disappointing. They also seem to be more sales focused than customer service focused, but I guess most banks are now.

Pros

Large bank - potential for good salary

Cons

Very many layers of management are involved and even the smallest groups of three to five employees are managed by a Vice President. There are so many Vice Presidents that it seems that the title is given instead of a salary.
