Pros

Great benefits, a lot of ability to move up, merit raises, reasonable goals

Cons

Your work stress is greatly dependent on the manager you have, company doesn't seem to care if there is bad management, bonuses are small and hard to get because of having to be over goals so much

Pros

Can't really think of any

Cons

Possibly the worst HR team I've ever encountered. They make it blatantly clear they care nothing for employees and only want to serve the higher ups. HR passes you to an 800 number to call for any questions because god forbid they lower themselves to speak to employees and half the time, the 800 folks are wrong. The company also claims to have the best quarters ever but it's because, behind the scenes, they're quietly laying off hundreds, if not thousands, of employees to hit those numbers and keep those 2 private jets gassed up and ready to transport higher ups to wherever they want to go. When you lay off so many, guess who picks up the work of those? Already overworked and underpaid employees. They also outsource their IT Department overseas. The focus of this company is the almighty dollar. It's sad that so many people spend their careers here and have no idea how much better it is at other companies.
