Pros

Good pay. Decent benefits. Paid holidays off. Close to home. Learned about banking. Not much else

Cons

Unbalanced work load. Inability to keep staff. Inability to properly staff. Paying employees more in "higher positions" but forcing the work of that higher position onto those who make less

Pros

Minimum starting wage is 18.00 per hour. The company also offers a 7% 401K match.

Cons

Prior industry experience does not seem to factor into the wage equation when starting in a new department. The Bank tends to start individuals at the lowest hourly rate possible for the job grade.

Pros

Fifth Third is a great place to work with Competitive pay Excellent Work Life Balance Plenty of career options in the financial sector

Cons

Fifth Third is fairly conservative in their decision making, they do what they do well but, won't be knocking down doors if that's what you're after.
