Cons
Pushing you into a role you are not comfortable with Seniority employee's get treated with favoritism Current role I am in not well trained in and nobody wants to help or has enough patience to teach me things. Being low on pole you get to pick up other employee's work (Sig Cards, etc.) We are suppose to rotate Saturday's and some how I get the short end of the stick with Saturday's here and have to work 3 or more in a row when nobody else has too.
